Our 16x30 Canopy Tents are stylish and sleek and can be set up on grass, in a parking lot, or on other asphalt surfaces. Their size and elegant look make them ideal for outdoor events such as weddings, receptions, graduations, and other events that need to accommodate a large number of guests.
High Peak Frame tents have no center poles or obstructions that touch the ground in the center of the tent, instead using cross cables and a frame tension design to optimize room for accommodating guests or equipment.
Delivery Area: Victorville, Hesperia, Apple Valley, Adelanto, Palmdale, Lancaster, Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, San Bernardino, Upland, Chino, Chino Hills, Pomona, Riverside, and many other areas.

DELIVERY:
- Deliveries are made between 7 am and 1 pm. We strive to be on time for all customers, however, deliveries can be extended until 3 p.m. due to traffic, unexpected events or high order demands on holidays, but our drivers will work hard to always be on time with all of our customers.
- The person who made the reservation or an adult must be present during the time of delivery to sign for the rented products.
- The customer is required to count the tables and chairs and other equipment rented before the driver leaves.
- We do not set up Tables or Chairs.
- The customer is required to check the rented inflatable unit and all tie downs before the driver leaves because there is No Guarantee that the driver can return before Pickup Time.
- We only set up the inflatables one time. Moving or relocating your inflatable will result in an extra charge.
PICKUPS:
- The customer can keep the equipment overnight if it will be in a safe place to avoid damage or loss, this decision will be determined by the driver and not the customer.
- Pickup time the next day is between 8am to 4pm (Pickups can be extended until 8 p.m.),
- You must notify My Party Rentals to arrange pickup time. If our pick-up time does not suit your time.
- If the driver is not able to pick up the equipment because nobody is at the location to grant access an extra charge may apply to come back later to pick it up.
- If the inflatable is set up in an unsafe location, ungated front yards, and apartments, pick up is the same day(no exceptions).
- Same Day pickup time start at 7:00 pm.
- If you have a Same-Day pickup order all the equipment must be picked up that day, an extra charge may apply if you need to keep any other equipment overnight for example Tables and Chairs.
- The Customer must have all rented equipment ready to pick up all the tables and chairs folded and stacked, an extra charge may apply if the equipment is not ready for pick-up.
- The customer is responsible for any missing, lost, or damaged equipment.
